Let me tell you... over the last 12 years I have worked with 4 real estate agents in Baja and I can confidently say Cid Chacon is the absolute best. He know his field, knows the market, answers my one million questions (even post transaction). If he doesn't know the answer to something he will find out for you. He treats you the same whether you're buying a million dollar home or a just $50,000 piece of land. Same top service and attention to detail. Another absolute plus is that he is not only bilingual (perfectly so), but also understands both US and Mexican culture. That is worth gold navigating a business transaction in Mexico as a foreigner. After selling, we decided not to leave Cabo and once again called Cid for assistance.
